Pam Kilzer is Chief Financial Officer of WestCX, overseeing the Mosaicx and TeleVox brands within West Technology Group. As CFO, Pam leads all financial strategy and operations, guiding fiscal performance, planning, and investment to support the company’s growth and transformation.

Before being named CFO, Pam served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mosaicx, where she led strategic planning, FP&A, and investor readiness. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Intrado’s Corporate and Shared Services division, advancing financial governance and operational efficiency across multiple business units.

Pam brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in global technology and communications organizations. She is recognized for aligning financial strategy with business execution — creating transparency, agility, and enterprise value through data-driven leadership.
