Lisa Autry

Lisa Dowlen Autry is the Chief Administrative Officer of WestCX, where she leads legal, human resources, and procurement across the Mosaicx and Televox brands. She oversees shared services strategy and enterprise governance, aligning people, processes, and compliance to support organizational growth and change.

Lisa joined West Technology Group in 2019 as Deputy General Counsel, expanding her leadership scope across legal operations, compliance, investigations, M&A, and enterprise programs before moving into her current role at WestCX. She brings more than 25 years of experience as an attorney across global technology companies, with deep expertise in employment law, regulatory matters, contracts, and organizational effectiveness.

Earlier in her career, Lisa served as a briefing attorney for Justice James A Baker of the Texas Supreme Court, and she brings experience from both law firm and corporate environments. Before attending law school, Lisa held human resources roles with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Texas A&M University, and her legal and HR experiences have shaped her people-first, compliance-driven approach to leadership.
