Training Options

Once you have attended one of our Training sessions, you will have an overview of how to use the features available for HouseCalls Pro.

We offer training on the Operations Portal/Workflows and the Broadcast and Live Chat features.

HouseCalls Pro Operations Portal Training

At the end of our Operations Portal training, you will know how to access results reports, how to manage your accounts, users, and departments, how to configure your workflows and dialogs, and how to test using OnDemand.

HouseCalls Pro Broadcast and Live Chat Training

At the end of our Broadcast and Live Chat training, you will know how to send Broadcast messages to patients, appointments, and employees, and how to communicate with patients through SMS text messages using Live Chat.

HouseCalls Pro Q&A Session

If you have attended a prior training session and you have questions pertaining to the information that was presented, please register for our Q&A training. If you have questions pertaining to your specific account details, please contact our support team or your CRC.
