Rick King is the head of human resources at TeleVox (a business unit of West Technology Group). Rick joined West in July 2018 as head of talent, and has been supporting the TeleVox division as chief human resources officer since January 2023. As CHRO, Rick oversees all people, culture, and engagement initiatives at TeleVox.

Before joining West, Rick held senior human capital leadership positions in the financial services, technology, and healthcare industries. He has over 15 years of experience leading high-performing teams through business transformation, with a consistent focus on culture and winning behavior. Rick started his HR career as a recruiter, and brings his passion for aligning the right talent with the right job at the right time to work with him every day.
