  • Simple file-based workflow: Consumes flat files (e.g., daily appointment exports) from a designated network or SFTP location, eliminating the need for staff to key information into a separate system.
  • Confirmation capture: Allows patients to confirm or respond via keypress, feeding results back into a report file for staff review.
  • Configurable calling windows: Enables organizations to control when calls are placed (time of day, day of week) to align with patient expectations and reduce complaints.
