Joseph Pisciotta

Joseph Pisciotta is the chief financial officer of TeleVox and has been with its parent company, West Corporation, for four years. As CFO, Joseph oversees all finance functions at TeleVox.

Before being named Televox CFO in February 2023, Joseph was the EVP of Finance for West Corporation’s UCaaS business. Prior to joining West Corporation, Joseph was the CFO of the $4 billion annual revenue-acquiring division for First Data, a segment of Fiserv.

Joseph has over 20 years of experience leading and building financial teams in global companies of significant scale and operating complexity. He began his career with Ernst & Young as a certified public accountant. He later became a long-term senior leader in the payments industry including eight years as general manager of Wells Fargo Merchant Services, a $1 billion annual revenue business with consistent double-digit organic growth.

Joseph graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
